1. Shoes Off Please: For a healthy and clean environment, please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a common practice in Indonesia and helps keep the floors sparkling clean. 2. Smoke-Free Zone: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smokers kindly use the designated area in the garden and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Additionally, candles and incense are not allowed anywhere on the property. 3. Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels down after 10 pm. 4. Outside guests are welcome with prior approval and a maximum of 4 persons under guest’s surveillance and responsibility. Please inform us through the app if you plan to invite extra guests. Events and private parties require advance notification and written approval through the app. 4.1 Additional Costs: Events and photoshoots are not included in the accommodation price. This means that if you plan on hosting either during your stay, you will need to budget for them separately. Special prices apply for events. Commercial photoshoots are strictly not allowed without prior arrangement and price discussion with the host. 5. Toilet Etiquette: Please refrain from throwing toilet paper in the toilet bowls. 6. Responsible Behavior: Drug use and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited. 7. Respecting Privacy: Please be considerate of everyone's privacy and maintain a respectful atmosphere. 8. Mini Bar and Extra Services Settlement: Please settle payment for your bills the day before your check out, especially if your departure is early in the morning. 9.Damages and Maintenance:Should you encounter any damages or maintenance issues within the villa, please report them immediately to the host or property manager. We will do our best to address the issue promptly. 9.1 Guests will be responsible for any damage. We kindly ask that you treat the villa with respect. Any lost, damaged, or broken objects, linen will be charged to the guest. 10.Respectful Environment:We strive to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment for all our guests. Please address any conflicts or concerns through respectful communication and compromise. Our staff is always happy to assist you in a courteous and professional manner. 11.Security: Please keep the villa locked when you leave. We are not responsible for any lost items or money left inside the villa. 12.Disclosure: Guests are advised to exercise caution when using the villa and its amenities. The villa is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur during guests stay. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings. In case of an accident, please contact the villa management immediately. The villa management will assist you in contacting emergency services if necessary. 13. Check-In Process To complete your check-in, please present your passport for verification and sign our check-in form. Our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with this process. 14.Baggage Drop-Off If you need to drop off your baggage earlier than 2 pm, please inform us.
